All sales are final for digital downloads, workshops, and certification programs. For private sessions, a 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 1 day to discuss a resolution or credit toward another service.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via download link. For any physical items (such as custom kits or journals), standard USPS shipping applies and is calculated at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
