• You will receive an email with available date options within 24 hours of purchase.
• Sessions must be booked within 60 days of purchase.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of photography services and reserved time, all sales are final.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. One reschedule is allowed per booking.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Your 5 edited digital images and 1 custom silhouette artwork will be delivered via email within 7–10 business days after your photography session.
• Files are delivered in high-resolution JPG or PNG format, suitable for print and web use.
• Download links will remain active for 14 days — please save your files promptly.
