Memorial Day is a time of remembrance—and for many of us, it also brings up deep emotions, memories, and grief. Whether you’ve lost a loved one in service, recently experienced loss, or carry unspoken sorrow, this experience is for you.
This weekend, The Sound of Paint honors the collective grief we carry and offers a path to transform pain into power through art, sound, and soul-centered healing. We'll be working with the color orange, representing the sacral chakra—the seat of emotional release, creative energy, and sacred connection—as inspired by Delta Roe’s Sacred Energy Exchange program.
